They are developing cutting-edge legal technology products powered by large language models (LLMs) and are committed to pushing the boundaries of AI to revolutionise the legal sector and enhance human experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative and effective AI prompts that guide the behavior of language models.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to develop, test, and iterate prompt engineering strategies.
• Fine-tune AI models to produce high-quality, context-aware, and unbiased responses.
• Explore methods to improve the coherence, relevance, and diversity of AI-generated content.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate prompt-engineered models into our products.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Proven experience in text generation, or similar AI-related roles.
• Experience in developing NLP models and systems, with a focus on prompt engineering or conversational AI.
• Advanced in programming languages such as Python, and experience with relevant libraries and frameworks.
• Experience with other programming languages.
• Familiarity with AI model training, fine-tuning, and evaluation processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Benefits

• Salary: £50,000 - £65,000 + Bonus
