We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Prompt Engineer to join our team. As an AI Prompt Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and refining the capabilities of our AI language model, leveraging your expertise in natural language processing and machine learning. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our AI-powered solutions. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of AI technologies, excellent programming skills, and a passion for creating intelligent and user-friendly experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI prompts and guidelines to improve the performance and output quality of our AI language model.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to create training data sets and fine-tune the AI model's behavior and responses.
- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in natural language processing, machine learning, and related fields to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Analyze user feedback and model outputs to identify patterns, common errors, and areas for refinement, and implement necessary adjustments.
- Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and software engineers to integrate AI capabilities into our products and services, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
- Develop and maintain tools, scripts, and processes to automate AI prompt creation, data collection, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement AI models' performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to measure and improve model performance.
- Collaborate with the research team to explore and experiment with new AI algorithms and techniques to enhance the capabilities of our AI language model.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the AI engineering team.
- Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and ethical considerations in AI development and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific prompts and applications.
- Experience with LangChain or similar LLM management frameworks is a plus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
- 2+ years of programming skills in languages such as Python, Or Java with experience in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and natural language processing libraries.
- 2+ years of machine learning principles and techniques, including deep learning, recurrent neural networks (RNNs), and transformer models.
- 2+ years of experience in developing and fine-tuning AI models for natural language processing tasks, such as text generation, language translation, or sentiment analysis.
