Job Description
Dropchat is actively seeking a dedicated individual to help improve how our customers use and configure our AI chatbot creation and management platform. It's an AI tool, powered by the same technology used in ChatGPT, that turns PDFs, websites, YouTube videos, and more into personalized chatbots for students, individuals, and businesses.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in developing effective prompts for their chatbots and identifying potential use cases to enhance customer experience.
- Attend sales demos and adjust prompts in real-time to match customer requirements.
- Enhance AI-generated text prompts to ensure they are clear, compelling, and tailored to fit diverse contexts.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in AI, natural language processing, and machine learning.
