Responsibilities

  • Design and implement robust and scalable solutions that meet the requirements of the applications using advanced AI models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into diverse applications, such as chatbots, virtual assistants, content generation tools, and more.
  • Develop effective and creative prompts for various applications, ensuring optimal performance with AI models.
  • Continuously refine and optimize prompts based on model feedback and real-world usage.
  • Work closely with AI research teams to integrate the latest advancements in language models into our applications.
  • Ensure seamless integration of AI models with the overall application architecture.
  • Implement monitoring tools to assess the performance of AI models in real-world scenarios.
  • Iterate on models and prompts to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in software development.
  • Strong programming and coding knowledge. Proficient in any one of the programming languages out of PHP, Golang, Node, Python, JavaScript, Java, or Ruby and the ability to pick up others.
  • Experience with relational and non-relational databases [mysql/postgres/mongodb/couchdb]
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools.
  • Previous work on conversational AI applications or virtual assistants.
  • In-depth understanding of NLP techniques
  • Proficiency in data preprocessing techniques to clean, format, and prepare data for training and evaluation of AI models.
  • Understanding and implementation of techniques for explaining and interpreting AI model decisions, particularly in the context of natural language processing.
  • Exposure to a variety of AI models beyond language models, such as computer vision models, and the ability to integrate them into multi-modal applications.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, with an understanding of Agile methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues in AI applications, as well as a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
