Job Description
Ready is hiring a senior AI Prompt Engineer, remote in Mexico, to design, optimize, and scale prompts for generative models and to put those capabilities into digital processes and products. The engagement is a four-month freelance contract, paid in USD, with possible renewal.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize prompts for generative large language models.
- Evaluate and keep improving output quality, including precision, coherence, and bias.
- Define AI use cases with business and technology teams.
- Integrate AI solutions into existing workflows and applications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments.
- Document prompt-engineering practices and standards.
Requirements
- More than 8 years of professional experience, ideally in technical or analytical roles.
- Experience working with large language models such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or others.
- Knowledge of natural language processing and prompt-engineering techniques.
- Analytical skill and structured problem solving.
- Experience integrating solutions through APIs.
- English at C1 level, spoken and written.
