Job Description

We're a stealth startup headquartered in San Francisco founded by a serial Romanian entrepreneur building a new platform for running complex real world operations.

We are seeking an experienced Prompt Engineer to join our cutting-edge AI development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in crafting effective prompts for AI models and possess excellent Python programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality prompts to elicit desired responses from AI models
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored prompts
• Analyze AI model outputs and iterate on prompt design to improve performance
• Develop and maintain Python scripts for prompt generation, data preprocessing, and analysis
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in prompt engineering techniques and AI technologies
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for prompt engineering within the organization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and principles
• Familiarity with AI architectures, such as transformers and large language models
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with popular AI LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic. Experience with LangChain. Proven track record of successful prompt engineering projects
