Responsibilities

• Build and deploy bots on social platforms including Telegram, Facebook, Discord, etc., with integration of ChatGPT for accurate feedback and user suggestions.
• Train and optimize Bots to ensure high performance, responsiveness, and precise user interactions.
• Integrate APIs and data from our Webapp and Mobile App, utilizing the information to enhance user behavior analytics and contribute to product optimization.
• Maintain the bot system, promptly addressing and resolving any issues to ensure seamless operation.
• Conduct research and implement new features to consistently elevate and refine our product offerings.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years experience.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant certifications in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying Bots on social platforms, with a deep understanding of ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with the training process and prompt optimization for Bots to enhance performance and accuracy.
• Strong integration skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with APIs and data from Webapp and Mobile App, as well as other relevant services.
• Knowledge of fintech, stock, and cryptocurrency markets is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Swift (iOS), Kotlin or Java (Android), C# (Windows), Nodejs.
