Responsibilities

  • Design and create effective prompts.
  • Experiment with different prompt structures to achieve desired outcomes in various AI tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure prompts align with project goals and objectives.
  • Conduct rigorous testing of prompts to evaluate their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Analyze model performance using various metrics and refine prompts based on the results.
  • Document testing procedures and results to inform future development.
  • Examine outputs to identify patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement.
  • Utilize statistical and analytical tools to interpret data and inform prompt adjustments.
  • Report findings and provide actionable insights to the team.
  • Work closely with the team on prompt engineering tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and next steps.
  • Communicate concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of prompt development processes and experiments.
  • Create reports on prompt performance, including successes and areas for improvement.
  • Share documentation and reports with the team to support continuous learning and development.

Requirements

  • Interest in applying technology to the legal discipline.
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (bonus).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (bonus).
  • Understanding of natural language processing, machine learning algorithms & frameworks, and AI model development (bonus).
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Creativity and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborative attitude that works well in a dynamic team environment.
  • Proactive and capable of predicting and circumventing issues.
