Job Description

Our Center of Excellence in Generative AI continues to grow! We are looking to incorporate various solution specialist profiles, full-stack developers, and Cloud engineers specialized in Artificial Intelligence, to help us build generative AI solutions. The field of application is broad since we provide cross-support to all company areas, from G&A support functions to Business Lines with solutions aimed at maximizing productivity in delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and leadership in the design and implementation of AI solutions at Inetum.
• Design, develop and implement AI solutions using state-of-the-art technologies and algorithms.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including software developers, data scientists, and domain experts, to conceptualize and develop innovative generative AI solutions.
• Train and mentor team members in the development of AI solutions.

Requirements

• Must have an Engineering degree (Computer Science, Telecommunications) or a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics. A master's or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence is valued.
• Proven experience in the design and implementation of AI solutions, including deep learning and machine learning algorithms.
• Experience in developing solutions based on Azure OpenAI Service, Google PaLM API, Amazon Bedrock, IBM Watsonx.ai, or open-source models available on Hugging Face is valued.
• Experience in programming with languages such as Python, R, Java, or C++.
• Familiarity with AI libraries and tools, such as TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• A clear technological vocation.
• Good speaking and handling with the client. Experience in communication with end customers, defense of offers, and technical meetings is valued.
• Motivation to integrate into multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Work-level proficiency of Spanish (assumed based on original job posting).
