Job Description

We are looking for a talented Business Analyst / GenAI Prompt Engineer to join our team. This role will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical specifications, focusing on crafting and optimizing prompts for AI models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize prompts for AI models to enhance their performance and accuracy.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical specifications for AI models.
• Translate complex business needs into precise technical requirements, ensuring that AI solutions align with business goals.
• Analyze AI model outputs and refine prompts to improve accuracy and effectiveness.
• Document processes, create detailed reports for stakeholders, and maintain thorough records of prompt engineering activities.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Experience in crafting and optimizing prompts for AI models.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze model outputs and improve prompt performance.
• Strong communication and documentation skills to clearly convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment, ensuring seamless integration between business needs and technical solutions.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
