The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced Executive – ChatGPT Specialist to join our team and help drive our mission of creating powerful insights and helping our customers unlock the power of data. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Datasumi’s chatbot platform, ChatGPT, and driving adoption and usage of the platform among our customer base.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the ongoing setup, operation, and maintenance of ChatGPT in customer environments.
- Provide training to customers on the use of ChatGPT and its features.
- Monitor performance metrics such as user engagement, response accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting of any issues encountered with ChatGPT.
- Gather customer requirements and insights to drive product development.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the software engineering or IT space.
- 2+ years of experience in ChatGPT or a related chatbot platform.
- A deep understanding of natural language processing and machine learning models.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with customer-facing services (nice to have).
- Experience in customer service (nice to have).
- Advanced degree in software engineering or related field (nice to have).
- Experience in analytics or data science (nice to have).
- Working knowledge of SQL (nice to have).
