Job Description
We are a new startup specialized in solutions for conversational AI. Our mission is to help our customers create value with solutions in chatbots, voicebots, and generative AI. We offer to take customers by the hand through the whole process from strategic advice, choice of the right technology, prototypes, and implementation to change management and ongoing maintenance. Our job involves the crossroads between AI and communication and requires equal parts technical interest, linguistic creativity, and the ability to convey.
You should have a burning interest in building cool solutions with conversational AI and a desire for a career as a management consultant. Read more about the tasks below. Your specific background and experience come from many different places, but first and foremost, we are looking for talent and passion.
Responsibilities
- Participate in projects within generative AI and conversational AI in a role as a conversation designer
- Become a super user and certified in conversational AI platforms
- Prepare presentation material and be responsible for presentations
- Conduct workshops and training of customers who want to learn about conversational AI and conversation design, of course in collaboration with your colleagues
- Participate in specific project tasks, where you will be included as a junior consultant in the project team
- Support internal tasks, for example, setup and preparation of the website, landing pages, SoMe posts, and other communication and written tasks
Requirements
- You are undergoing further education in areas such as language, communication, or journalism, and you can document good results from your youth education
- You are interested in language, literacy, and can write sharp, vivid, and understandable texts - also within areas with technical language or terminology, where our customers want it communicated precisely and easily understandable
- Experience with one or more platforms for developing bots, e.g., Google Dialogflow, Microsoft PVA, Boost.ai, or similar, will be an advantage
- You are interested in and know tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and similar - and especially how these will change the way we work and communicate
- You have a creative mindset and a deep interest in digital solutions
- You can communicate and have no problem having to present your solutions in front of both colleagues and customers
- You are good at taking initiative, tackling tasks, and taking responsibility for driving them forward - whether you can run with the task alone, or it requires that you are good at reaching out and asking for help
- Since our customers often work exclusively in Danish, it is a requirement that you can speak and write flawlessly in both Danish and English
