Job Description
BRX/ Big Red Group are seeking a Junior Creative Prompt Engineer to join our team in Melbourne. At BRX, we are building the ad agency model of the future and it’s working, clients are loving our Creative X AI ways of working and we seek the next person to come and shape this with us.
Responsibilities
- Developing on brand, repeatable prompt structures for our clients (existing and new)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet business objectives
- Developing custom GPTs to develop on brand copy for our clients (new and existing)
- Contributing to creative briefs, applying AI, to generate highly effective and engaging work
- Industrialise our processes to incorporate AI to allow us to work better, faster and smarter
- Using AI to develop innovative proof of concepts for clients, ultimately leading to commercial projects
- Education of the broader agency on all things AI
- Keeping on top of AI enhancements, and AI tools
Requirements
- Recent graduate from an Arts/ Design field of study
- Innately curious
- Strong conceptual and strategic thinking abilities
- Love to collaborate and present to small groups of people
- Articulate and are a great communicator
- Active listener
- Keen interest in staying ahead of industry trends and technological advancements
- Always looking for better, faster, smarter ways to do things
