Job Description
We need someone to help us harness the capabilities of large language models to solve complex problems and improve our products in various vertical areas. Someone who can significantly contribute to, or even eventually be responsible for developing, testing, and refining prompts and invocations to maximize the effectiveness and accuracy of our LLM implementations. Our goal is establishing a systematic process for monitoring changes and results, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization of our LLM applications. Our long-term goal is to apply this during runtime and generate prompts and responses based on consonantly improving and adjusting to user feedback on the fly.
Responsibilities
- Developing and refining high-quality prompts and invocation strategies for LLMs to achieve specific outcomes.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM technologies into our products and services.
- Conducting practical research to explore new uses of LLMs within our ecosystem and documenting best practices and innovative approaches.
- Building and maintaining a process for tracking the performance of different prompts and model configurations, analyzing results to guide future improvements.
- Staying abreast of the latest developments in LLM technologies, tools, and best practices, incorporating these insights into our strategies.
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of learning and innovation
Requirements
- Proven experience in working with large language models, including prompt engineering and practical research.
- Background in academic research in related fields.
- Familiarity with the LLM ecosystem, including tools and best practices for developing, testing, and deploying LLM applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design experiments and analyze data to draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of documenting processes and findings clearly and sharing knowledge across the team.
- Experience in programming languages such as Python or TypeScript. Ability to put the research into practice and familiarity with development environments and tools.
