About the project:
We are seeking a Multidisciplinary Prompt Engineer at Stepwise, a Warsaw-based Software House that specializes in AI-driven solutions. This role is for a cutting-edge AI project that aims to enhance PR tools by providing AI-based research and content suggestions.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing NLP algorithms and solutions
- Customizing prompts to elicit specific responses in line with project requirements
- Engaging in Data Preprocessing, Feature Engineering, and Model Fine-Tuning
- Direct interaction with clients to translate technical capabilities into business value
- Continuously improving the quality of machine-generated content and models
Requirements
- Min. 5 years of experience in programming and data science
- Proven expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Strong background in Data Science and Machine Learning
- Mastery in Python Programming
- Experience in Prompt Engineering and fine-tuning LLMs
- Good understanding of business value translation
- Excellent communication skills in English (min. B2 level)
