We are expanding our products and services to help businesses operate more efficiently, grow more rapidly, and empower their local communities. The Prompt Engineer with senior sourcing experience will be responsible for developing, testing, and improving the AI prompt. And will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the prompt service meets customer's needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Have deep understanding about B2B sourcing experience. Could develop, test, and maintain the prompt of AI model, ensuring that it meets requirements and performance goals.
• Collaborate with the product, design, and business strategy teams to identify customer needs and develop features to meet them.
• Work with the infrastructure team to ensure that the prompt service is scalable, reliable, and secure. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the prompt if needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the prompt and AI.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sourcing industry, preferably with ecommerce or tech experience.
• Knowledge of AI prompt. Experience with programming languages is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and have skillset to ask right questions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree. A master's degree in a related field is a plus.
