AskElephant is an AI coach that provides personalized coaching to sales teams by utilizing their full playbook, past calls, CRM data, and sales methodology. Our constant guidance optimized for your exact processes helps you sell better, faster, and smarter than ever before.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Prompt Engineer at AskElephant located in Lehi, UT. The Prompt Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining conversation prompts for our AI coach. The Prompt Engineer will work with the data science team to ensure the effectiveness of each prompt and make necessary adjustments for improvement. The Prompt Engineer will also collaborate with the customer success team to identify customer needs and provide prompt solutions.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Experience in natural language processing and machine learning
- Experience in software development, including testing and debugging
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
