This is a full-time remote role for a Prompt Engineer at autoMEE - AI & Business Automation Solutions. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining prompts for our artificial intelligence and bot solutions. You will collaborate with our AI and automation experts to design and implement prompts that enhance the automation capabilities of our solutions. Additionally, you will monitor the performance of prompts and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal functioning.
Responsibilities
- Develop and refine prompts to improve the performance of AI models in various applications, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and automated content generation.
- Conduct experiments and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different prompt strategies.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of prompts, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies to incorporate best practices into prompt engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning.
- At least 1 year of experience in AI assistants creation and design.
- Strong programming skills in Python or a similar language.
- Familiarity with NLP frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, SpaCy, or NLTK.
- Experience with prompt engineering and optimization for AI assistants or chatbots.
- Proven experience in structuring databases for prompts and managing prompt-related data.
- Demonstrated ability to minimize hallucinations in AI-generated responses.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Work-level proficiency of English.
