Your main role involves crafting and polishing prompts, messages, and interactions that elevate user engagement, nurture meaningful connections, and significantly contribute to the overall success of our application. This role demands a creative approach, a keen awareness of user behavior, and effective communication skills through written content.

Responsibilities

• Create captivating and genuine prompts that connect with our diverse user community, igniting engaging conversations and cultivating meaningful connections.
• Partner closely with the product and design teams to formulate user engagement strategies, guaranteeing that prompts seamlessly align with the overall user experience and contribute to the achievement of app objectives.
• Consistently refine prompt content through user feedback, data analysis, and evolving trends, aiming to boost user satisfaction and elevate interaction rates.
• Perform A/B testing on diverse prompts to optimize user engagement, conversion rates, and overall app performance.
• Analyze user insights, behaviors, and preferences to customize prompts that resonate with the diverse expectations of our user base.
• Work closely with the moderation team to guarantee that prompts align with community guidelines and uphold a positive user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to synchronize prompt strategies with the overarching goals of the app.
• Show cultural sensitivity in crafting prompts to ensure inclusivity and resonate with users from various backgrounds and demographics.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and user expectations within the dating app space to guide and inform prompt strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in machine learning, NLP, data science, OR AI research science
• Strong understanding of user behavior and engagement strategies.
• Experienced in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence and LLM, Python, Javascript and Langchain
• Experience in Startup companies is good to have
• Experience in social network and utility verticals for both web and mobile projects
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
• Passion for creating positive and authentic user experiences in the dating app industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
