Company Description: Brance is an early-stage AI startup located in New Delhi and founded by a team with a pedigree from BCG, Apple, Stanford, University of Michigan, IIT, and IIM. We are developing a real-time conversational bot (text and voice) for inside sales and customer care functions of companies selling complex products.
Role Description: As a Prompt Engineer, you will be responsible for building, testing, and maintaining the prompts that power our conversational platform. Understand the best practices in prompting some as prompt chaining, chain of thought prompting, ptuning and more. Experiment with prompts day in and day out until they work; Become one of the first to tame LLMs.

Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in an agile environment is a plus
- Experience in developing natural language processing models and conversational interfaces (Good to have)
- Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch (Good to have)
- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and segmentation (Good to have)
