Job Description
Become a valuable member of our team as a Prompt Engineer. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting prompts that align with our client’s requirements, evaluating prompt efficacy through rigorous testing, and working closely with different departments to ensure prompt precision aligns with our business goals.
Responsibilities
- Create high-quality prompts that precisely align with clients’ needs and requirements.
- Conduct tests to analyze the effectiveness of prompts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and requirements effectively.
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability throughout the prompt generation process.
- Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources for users.
- Monitor trends and best practices in AI, and introduce innovations and improvements as needed.
Requirements
- Basic proficiency in Python and popular machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, sci-kit-learn).
- Familiarity with prompt generation techniques and algorithms.
- High-level familiarity with the architecture and operation of large language models.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills: ability to logically break down complex problems, propose precise but innovative solutions, and think through edge cases.
- Fluent English proficiency (C1+).
- Knowledge of another foreign language will be a strong plus.
- Work-level proficiency of Polish.
