Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Prompt Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical acumen and demonstrated experience in designing and developing high-quality prompts for artificial intelligence (AI) systems. You'll be responsible for developing multiple prompt patterns, working closely with stakeholders to design precise and efficient prompts, and meticulously testing and refining them to achieve desired outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and refine prompt patterns for AI applications to facilitate efficient and meaningful conversations.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key prompt requirements and incorporate them into AI design.
  • Test, troubleshoot, and optimize prompts to meet desired outcomes and to improve conversational quality and consistency.
  • Design, develop, and maintain natural language processing (NLP) models, particularly for generating high-quality prompts for conversational AI systems such as ChatGPT, AutoGPT, and Turn-based Agents.
  • Contribute to the development and fine-tuning of large language models (LLMs), enhancing AI performance and application.
  • Stay up-to-date with recent advancements in AI, particularly relating to Langchain, GPT-Index, and Agent GPT.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer or similar role in AI development.
  • Proficient in designing and developing high-quality prompts for AI, particularly in conversational systems.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in NLP and AI model fine-tuning.
  • Excellent collaborative skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to meet desired outcomes.
  • Familiarity with recent advancements in AI technologies, such as Langchain, GPT-Index, and Agent GPT.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex AI challenges.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to developing efficient and effective AI prompts.
