Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, to deeply understand AI capabilities and limitations, leveraging this knowledge to create effective prompts;
- Design, develop, and test innovative prompts to enhance the performance of AI models in tasks such as text generation, language understanding;
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning, integrating new insights and techniques into prompt design and strategy.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in working with AI-driven tools and platforms.
- 1+ years of experience with Large Language Models (ex: GPT-3, GPT-4, etc.).
- Deep understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with the ability to apply this knowledge practically in the creation of effective prompts.
- Research experience in machine learning, natural language processing, or a related field.
- Excellent analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving and the ability to iterate on feedback to improve prompt performance.
- At least a B2 level of English
- Proven communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Understanding of Agile methodologies
- Good at troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Work-level proficiency of English
