Responsibilities
- Strategize in tandem with major enterprise clients to refine their prompting methodologies
- Lead engagements advising clients on prompt engineering strategies to optimize model performance
- Develop novel prompts and prompting approaches for client projects across industries
- Research and recommend ideal prompt engineering techniques to solve new challenges
- Create educational resources and provide training on prompt engineering best practices
- Mentor junior team members and nurture prompt engineering capabilities
- Monitor advancements in large language models and prompt engineering to inform client offerings
Requirements
- Passion for digital transformation and leveraging AI to drive change
- Boasts 3-5 years of pertinent or adaptable experience
- Possesses a broad understanding of the architecture and mechanics of large language models
- Ability to adapt prompting strategies to diverse client needs
- Exhibits exemplary communication skills, cherishing the act of elucidating technical topics and crafting precise documentation for others' benefit
- Enthusiastically engages with proactive clients, aiming to address their concerns
- Embodies an inventive, problem-solving mindset
- Holds foundational coding abilities, comfortable crafting minor Python scripts
- Appreciates systematization and is passionate about initiating and nurturing teams
- Visualizes the bigger picture, preemptively discerning organizational requisites
