Development and implementation of interactive voice commands and dialogs based on our AI platform.
Close collaboration with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and develop customized solutions.
Analysis of user behavior and feedback for continuous improvement of the language models.
Identification and troubleshooting of technical challenges related to speech recognition and processing.
Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in speech technology and their practical application.
Documentation of development processes, best practices, and technical specifications.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement interactive voice commands and dialogues based on our AI platform
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and develop tailor-made solutions
- Analyse user behaviour and feedback for continuous improvement of speech models
- Identify and resolve technical challenges related to speech recognition and processing
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the field of speech technology and practical application
- Documentation of development processes, best practices, and technical specification
Requirements
- Degree in computer science, language technology, or a similar field
- Experience in developing voice dialogue systems, chatbots, or similar interactive applications
- Knowledge in the fields of speech recognition, natural language processing (NLP), and machine learning
- Programming skills in popular languages such as Python, Java, or C++
- Understanding linguistic concepts and language models
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly, to understand customer requirements
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and in a agile and fast-paced environment
- Work-level proficiency of German
