We are looking for a highly competent PROMPT engineer passionate for GPT-based application development to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for generating accurate and effective sentences and instructions for the GPT model, with the aim of getting the desired results for the oneHR use case. You will work in close collaboration with our development team and leverage the power of Azure Open AI and GPT to drive innovation in the field of human resources.

Responsibilities

  • Use your technical skills in GPT and experience in PROMPT engineering to generate accurate and coherent instructions for the model.
  • Work collaboratively with the development team to understand and define the requirements of the oneHR use case.
  • Ensure that the results generated by the GPT model meet quality standards and set objectives.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and advances in the field of GPT and artificial intelligence in general.
  • Collaborate with other teams to continuously improve processes and efficiency in the development of GPT-based applications.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in generating instructions and sentences using GPT.
  • Strong knowledge in PROMPT engineering.
  • Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and collaborate closely with developers, data scientists and other professionals.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to express yourself clearly in both English and Spanish.
  • Passion for technology and artificial intelligence, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Graduate in mathematics, physics, computer science, engineering, or similar technical higher degree.
  • Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Data Scientist, BigData, or equivalent.
  • Good level of English, oral and written.
  • High communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as a team, and a decisive attitude.
  • Experience dealing with and communicating with customers, and presenting results.
  • Work-level proficiency of Spanish.
