We are looking for a full-time Prompt Engineer to join our dynamic team. This person will be dedicated to writing and maintaining high-quality prompts for our development team, ensuring that our AI tools continue to meet and exceed user expectations. Additionally, the Prompt Engineer will train our team on best practices in prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and refine prompts to improve AI responses across our various tools.
  • Work closely with development, product development, and marketing teams to integrate prompts into our products effectively.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze prompt performance, making adjustments as necessary to enhance accuracy and relevance.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and NLP to bring innovative ideas to our prompt strategies.
  • Conduct experiments and research to develop and assess new prompt techniques and optimize existing workflows.
  • Train team members on prompt engineering techniques and best practices.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for prompt guidelines and standards.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in prompt engineering, AI/NLP, or a related field is highly valued.
  • Strong understanding of NLP concepts and techniques.
  • Experience with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.
  • Basic understanding in programming languages (Go, Python, SQL) and experience with libraries like OpenAI, Anthropic.
  • Expertise in structured outputs (JSON mode), XML tagging, and data validation.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Chat interfaces, playground/workbench environments, APIs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize prompt performance.
  • Innovative and creative thinking to enhance user interactions with AI tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced, evolving field.
  • Strong attention to detail to evaluate and optimize prompts.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hungarian.
  • Problem-solving attitude.
  • Open to new technologies.
  • Work-level proficiency of Hungarian
