Responsibilities
- Develop and improve prompts for our chatbot application using ChatGPT.
- Collaborate with traders and software developers to ensure prompt quality and performance.
- Analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for prompt improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in natural language processing and chatbot technology.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt accuracy and consistency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Natural Language Processing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in natural language processing, specifically in using ChatGPT.
- Strong programming skills in Python, and experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
