Job Description

Solve Education! is a non-profit organization committed to helping children and youth around the globe receive quality, effective education.

We are seeking a proficient backend prompt engineer to develop AI solutions aimed at enhancing productivity and enhancing user engagement and learning experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to identify opportunities for AI integration that can improve user engagement and learning outcomes.
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize the prompts based on user feedback and performance metrics to ensure effectiveness and scalability.
  • Work closely with department heads and stakeholders to identify pain points and inefficiencies in existing workflows.
  • Design and deploy AI-powered tools for automating repetitive tasks, such as data entry, report generation, and scheduling.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of existing AI systems to identify areas for improvement or optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and address technical challenges related to AI implementation.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI technology and best practices to incorporate improvements and updates into existing services.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for AI models and services, including version control and change management processes.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  • Expertise in crafting and iterating prompts to generate optimal results following project requirements.
  • Experience utilizing Open AI (ChatGPT) API services or other artificial intelligence providers.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language.
  • Comprehensive grasp of backend development principles and technologies.
  • Additional experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure, with the capability to deploy APIs using serverless services is a plus.
  • Understanding web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
