Responsibilities

  • Design and develop high-quality prompts for our AI models, with a focus on deployable software development
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and engineers to create prompts that are optimized for diverse educational use cases.
  • Enhance the content - text, image, audio and video generation capabilities by incorporating innovative prompt engineering strategies and complementary techniques, yielding high-quality outputs tailored to address specific challenges and requirements.
  • Develop new features and infrastructure in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
  • Develop and sustain APIs for prompt generation and processing, ensuring seamless integration with our AI models and data pipelines.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues with backend infrastructure and prompt execution
  • Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of the backend infrastructure. Work closely with DevOps team in deploying a scalable and highly available platform
  • Build, mentor, and lead a team of prompt engineers. Provide training and guidance to foster professional growth and ensure the team achieves excellence in prompt engineering and AI techniques.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI, NLP, and backend development
  • Proactively identify and implement AI based solutions for various in-house teams
  • Research, ideate, prototype and integrate emerging AI technologies, models and algorithms

Requirements

  • Experience in building Applications that leverage public and/or open source LLMs
  • Experience building platforms and SaaS services using NodeJS/MEAN/MERN with focus on AI and NLP
  • Strong understanding of software development frameworks (APIs/Databases) and hands programming skills in languages such as Python, Node.js
  • Strong understanding of scalable computing systems, software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Excellent debugging, troubleshooting and optimization skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with AI and NLP libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) - Nice to Have
  • Experience with cloud-based services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform) - Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks - Nice to Have
