Job Description

We are seeking a GenAI Prompt Engineer to advise on designing, developing, and optimizing prompts to enhance our client’s data analytics platform. The ideal candidate has experience in machine learning, natural language processing, proficient in programming languages, and has a strong understanding of large language models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4) and their applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and refine prompts tailored for data analytics use cases to ensure accurate and relevant model outputs.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and business analysts to understand data requirements and analytics objectives.
  • Evaluate and iterate on prompts to improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated insights.
  • Analyze model performance and outputs to identify opportunities for prompt optimization.
  • Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing to apply best practices and innovative solutions in prompt engineering.
  • Document prompt development processes, best practices, and guidelines for team reference and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Strong experience in data analytics and a solid understanding of data processing, statistical analysis, and visualization techniques.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in libraries and frameworks like Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Familiarity with large language models (e.g., GPT-3, GPT-4) and their applications in data analytics.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in prompt engineering or similar roles is highly desirable.
  • Work-level proficiency of English
