Job Description

Ola Electric is an Indian electric two-wheeler manufacturer based in Bangalore. Its manufacturing plant is located in Krishnagiri, Tamil Nadu, India. Ola Electric was established in 2017 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ola Cabs' parent ANI Technologies. In March 2019, Ola Electric was spun off as a separate entity with founder Bhavish Aggarwal buying out the parent company's stake in Ola Electric.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and generate prompt candidates covering a variety of domains/use cases
  • Interact with models by inputting prompts and analyzing model responses; continuously refine prompts to improve the relevance, creativity, and factual accuracy of model outputs
  • Develop a collection of high-quality prompts or sequences of prompts to perform diverse tasks, supplemented by a straightforward guide assisting users in finding the one that caters to their specific needs
  • Annotate prompts with metadata to capture performance, issues, and iterative improvements
  • Maintain organized prompt databases/benchmarks for training and evaluation; work with researchers/engineers to translate model capabilities into impactful applications

Requirements

  • Bachelor's in any field
  • Experience interacting with large language models like ChatGPT
  • Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail
  • Cross-cultural awareness and language skills a plus
  • Knowledge of AI safety considerations in a prompt design
  • Curiosity to explore boundaries of model capabilities
  • Possess outstanding communication skills, enjoy explaining complex ideas, and thrive on crafting top-tier documentation that benefits others
  • Exhibit a keen interest in ensuring advanced technology is secure and beneficial to society; linguists preferred
