We are building a new category of Adaptive Forms by being the world’s most powerful Feedback, Surveys and User Research tools to get actionable insights through generative AI.
Forms are an important gateway to information exchange in the world, they’re uber-critical to a business making good decisions. Yet forms haven’t evolved– it’s a sleepish industry with low innovation and big money. We will make forms great again with AI.

You will get to work on architecting systems and re-imagining interfaces to build AI-first products. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine text prompts for various AI functionalities, guiding the model towards desired outputs.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers to understand user needs, cognitive biases, and optimal interaction styles.
- Analyze user data and engagement metrics to assess prompt effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuously iterate and refine prompts to optimize AI performance and user experience.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and prompt engineering research.
Requirements
- You hold a Master's degree in Psychology (or a related field) and have a strong understanding of human cognition, perception, and decision-making.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting clear and engaging language.
- You're curious about AI and its potential, eager to learn about NLP and how it interacts with human psychology.
- You're a critical thinker with a data-driven approach, comfortable analyzing user data and identifying trends.
