Job Description

Yuno is hiring a Senior AI Engineer with extensive experience building products powered by large language models and deep expertise in prompt engineering. You will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered systems for Yuno’s payment orchestration platform, including customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and deploy scalable AI products that use LLMs to support Yuno’s payment orchestration platform.
  • Develop and optimize prompts so LLM outputs stay high quality for customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance.
  • Design, test, and iterate prompts, then analyze and refine outputs from feedback loops and user interaction data.
  • Integrate AI features into existing payment systems and workflows with cross-functional teams.
  • Stay current on LLMs and prompt engineering, and experiment with emerging technologies for product innovation.
  • Use payment and user interaction data to fine-tune models and improve product performance while following data privacy rules and AI ethics practices.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of building and deploying products using GPT or similar large language models.
  • Prompt engineering expertise: ability to design, test, and optimize prompts for specific outcomes and use cases.
  • Strong Python experience and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
  • Expertise integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and third-party platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS.
  • Familiarity with speech-to-text and text-to-speech tools such as Whisper, AWS Polly, or Google Speech-to-Text.
  • Experience developing and deploying scalable AI systems in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Fluent English.
  • At least 4 years of experience.
  • Preferred: NLP libraries such as Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs, plus strong analytical and data visualization skills.
