At Comigo, we are on a mission to create the most advanced and effective specialized cognitive AI for ADHD, revolutionizing the way individuals with ADHD navigate their daily challenges and empowering them to not only thrive but flourish.

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Prompt Engineer to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in optimizing our AI-powered conversational agents, ensuring that our platform delivers unparalleled support to our users. The Senior AI Prompt Engineer will collaborate closely with front-end, back-end, and mobile app developers, as well as our in-house clinical psychologists, to implement formal behavioral therapy exercises and integrate them seamlessly into our platform.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and optimize AI prompts to ensure high-quality interactions and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers and clinical psychologists and researchers to integrate behavioral therapies into our AI-driven platform.
  • Provide expertise in conversational AI, specifically leveraging the capabilities of ChatGPT’s API.
  • Work closely with our data science team to analyze interaction data, identify patterns, and implement improvements.
  • Ensure that AI responses are aligned with clinical guidelines and best practices in mental health support defined by clinical members of our team.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in AI, natural language processing, and behavioral therapy to continually enhance our platform's capabilities.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in AI prompt engineering, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
  • Extensive experience working with ChatGPT’s API and a deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations.
  • Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with relevant AI and NLP libraries.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including front-end, back-end, and mobile app developers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in mental health or behavioral therapy applications is a strong plus.
