As a Prompt Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Generative AI. You will lead and mentor a team of talented Prompt Engineers guiding them through the design and development of cutting-edge Generative AI prompts. Your expertise will be critical in evaluating and optimizing the quality of the output generated by Generative AI models, enhancing their performance and potential.
The responsibilities of this senior role encompass the entire life cycle of AI-related system development projects. From project planning, proposal, and requirement definition to design, introduction, operation, and maintenance – your leadership will be instrumental in driving success. Your skill in VIP management, Issue/Risk Management, Quality control, scope management, quoting, budgeting, and customer coordination will be highly valued in this position.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in designing and developing machine learning and AI solutions using Python within both business and academic contexts. Your expertise in prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), and hands-on experience with NLP tools, machine learning algorithms, and Large Language Models (LLMs) will be a crucial asset. Furthermore, your proficiency in leveraging cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, or GCP will be advantageous.

Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of talented Prompt Engineers in the design and development of cutting-edge Generative AI prompts
- Evaluating and optimizing the quality of the output generated by Generative AI models
- Overseeing the entire life cycle of AI-related system development projects, from project planning to design, introduction, operation, and maintenance
- Managing VIPs, issuing risk management directives, overseeing quality control and scope management, and coordinating with customers
Requirements
- Japanese National with work-level proficiency of Japanese
- Open to relocation back to Japan
- Extensive experience in designing and developing machine learning and AI solutions using Python
- Expertise in prompt engineering, natural language processing (NLP), and hands-on experience with NLP tools, machine learning algorithms, and Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Proficiency in leveraging cloud technologies like Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to take on challenges fearlessly, and a passion for innovation and problem-solving
